.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure will continue to dominate the
weather today. The upper-level ridge axis will shift eastward this
morning and usher warm-air advection and moisture into the area. As
southwesterly flow gives way to an upper-level trough, a surface low
will move into the region bringing wetting rain to the area starting
tonight. Light winds are forecast for the site with a minimum
relative humidity 43 percent. Dew points will start in the lower
40s but increasing moisture will cause dew points to increase
through the afternoon.
