This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon Through Tonight.

Thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening. Some of
the thunderstorms could become strong to severe with damaging winds
the primary threat. An isolated instance of large hail cannot be
ruled out as well. The greatest risk of severe storms will be north
of the Hal Rogers Parkway and Kentucky Highway 80 corridor.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Thunderstorms are also possible at times from Tuesday night through
Thursday. Then again on Saturday.

The combination of humidity and hot temperatures may result in
afternoon heat indices peaking near 100 degrees at some locations
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
