...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 11 AM EDT SUNDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

South to southwest winds will increase late tonight to between 10
and 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

An isolated thunderstorm is possible west of Interstate 75 late
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Gusty showers with possible embedded thunder will accompany a cold
front on Sunday. Outside of this activity, strong southwesterly wind
gusts up 40 mph are expected in the morning, with a second round of
westerly wind gusts to between 25 and 35 mph later in the day.

Gusty to strong southwest winds are expected again Tuesday afternoon
along a dry cold front. Wind gusts of 25 mph or stronger are
anticipated.

Frost is becoming increasingly likely Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday nights with the most extensive frost on the latter two
nights.

Spotters are encouraged to report any instances of wind damage late
tonight or on Sunday.

tonight, with isolated stronger gusts possible on exposed ridgetops.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Gusty showers with possible embedded thunder are expected on Sunday
along a potent cold front. Outside of this activity, strong southwest
to westerly wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph are expected, strongest mid to
late morning and again in the mid afternoon through mid evening.

Gusty to strong southwest winds are expected again Tuesday afternoon
along a dry cold front. Wind gusts of 25 mph or stronger are
anticipated.

Frost is becoming increasingly likely Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday nights with the most extensive frost on the latter two
nights.
