There was a social media post showing
flooding along KY-317 (Main Street) in
downtown Neon between the intersection of
Missouri Street and KY-343. KY-343 was also
flooded between the intersection of Rescue
Street and Church Street. A nearby rain
gauge recorded nearly 3 inches of rainfall
in about 3 hours.
