            Delayed report. Video posted to social media
            at 7:09 PM on Friday, 9/4/26 shows large
            amounts of hail falling into Cave Run Lake
            and onto boats at Scott Creek Marina. While
            most of the stones appear to be in the
            nickel to penny size range, there are a few
            larger stones with visible riming and a more
            elongated structure. The largest stones on
            the boat were estimated to be around
            quarter-sized. Time of falling hail
            estimated to be 7 PM via radar data, when
            there was widespread low-level 60-75 dbz
            reflectivity over this location.
