            Delayed report. The Fleming Mason utility
            company had made a social media post that
            they could not access power outages in the
            vicinity of Anderson Branch and Muses Mill
            Roads to complete repairs after sunrise.
            After following up with their public affairs
            division, they confirmed that this was due
            to high water blocking the roads entering
            this area that morning. The time of the
            flooding LSR was estimated using the peak of
            the archived FLASH CREST Unit Streamflow
            data during the event.
