            Social media report from 9:40 PM depicts
            flash flooding along Terry Fork in the
            Wallins Creek community. Flowing water came
            out of the banks and covered the
            intersection of Grammar Lane and Sycamore
            Drive. Water was inundating the garage of a
            residence in this area. Debris was
            reportedly accumulating atop a nearby bridge
            as the flood waters continued.
