...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN HARLAN...SOUTHEASTERN
LESLIE...SOUTHWESTERN LETCHER AND SOUTHEASTERN PERRY COUNTIES THROUGH
800 PM EST...

At 724 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Rosspoint, or near Harlan, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Harlan, Cumberland, Loyall, Evarts, Lynch, Benham, Bledsoe, Arthur,
Dizney, Louellen, Lewis Creek, Kingdom Come S.P., Gilley, Clutts,
Napier, Shields, Maggard, Black Mountain, Rosspoint, and Clover.
