JOHNSON AND MAGOFFIN COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 557 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Harper, or 8 miles southeast of West Liberty, moving southeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Salyersville, Mason, Lewis, Haleburg, Florress, Oil Springs,
Bethanna, Gifford, Falcon, Carver, Logville, Wonnie, Burning Fork,
Kernie, West Royalton Station, Carver Station, White Oak, Grayfox,
