...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BELL...SOUTHERN KNOX AND
SOUTHEASTERN WHITLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...

At 913 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Goins, or 11 miles south of Barbourville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Barbourville, Pineville, Middlesboro, Artemus, Swan Lake, Varilla,
Clate, Birdseye, Ponza, Gausdale, King, Blanche, Pruden, Binghamtown,
Rella, Clear Creek Springs, Wasioto, Avis, Hutch, and Siler.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
