...Areas of reduced visibility in fog this morning...

Widespread low clouds and fog have developed this morning in the
wake of overnight rain and the passage of a weak cold front. In
some locations the fog may be locally dense, with sharply reduced
visibility.

Travelers should be prepared for sudden changes in visibility,
use low-beam headlights, and leave extra following distance.
