...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LAUREL...
SOUTHEASTERN PULASKI...MCCREARY AND NORTHWESTERN WHITLEY COUNTIES
THROUGH 315 PM EDT...

At 244 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Marshes Siding, or near Whitley City, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Whitley City, Blue Heron, Honeybee, Marshes Siding, Greenwood, Sloans
Valley, Parkers Lake, Beulah Heights, Cumberland Falls S.P., Alpine,
Co-Operative, Grove, Stearns, Huxley, Pine Knot, Youngs Creek, Bark
Camp, Rye, and Wiborg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
