...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN ESTILL...NORTHERN
JACKSON...NORTHEASTERN ROCKCASTLE AND SOUTHWESTERN LEE COUNTIES
THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 327 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Locust Branch, or 10 miles southwest of Irvine,
moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
McKee, Morrill, Threelinks, Kings Station, Kerby Knob, Waneta,
Blackburn, Clover Bottom, Jinks, Winston, Brazil, Hurley, Shirley,
Sandgap, Leighton, Drip Rock, Witt, Blanton Flats, Alumbaugh, and
Arvel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
