BREATHITT AND SOUTHERN MAGOFFIN COUNTIES THROUGH 515 AM EST...

At 450 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Elkatawa to Marshallville. Movement was east at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Prestonsburg, Jackson, Martin, Allen, Fredville, Gunlock, Carver,
Daisydell, Noctor, Orchard, Dotson, West Royalton Station, Carver
Station, Blue River, Elkatawa, Gapville, Inverness, Evanston, Gypsy,
and Brainard.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Floyd County between mile markers 10 and 14.
 U.S. Highway 23 in Floyd County between mile markers 8 and 16.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
