Fire weather concerns are exceptionally low in the short term
forecast as rain chances will remain elevated through tonight. An
unsettled atmospheric patterns is taking shape across the region.
Rainfall estimates along the island chain are generally up to an
inch over the course of the next 24 hours, but this will depend
on where the heaviest showers set up. Background winds will be
light to gentle out of the northeast to east, but the mix of
showers and thunderstorms will bring periods of stronger, erratic
winds. Minimum RH values will be approaching 80% during the day
and will recover to near saturation overnight. Drier conditions
are expected to return closer to the middle of the week.
