Moisture will continue to funnel in from the western Caribbean
today, resulting in well above normal rain/thunder chances. Light
and variable winds will become east to southeast towards midday
and early afternoon and gradually increase. This should keep
dispersion indices just above 20 this afternoon.

Active weather expected for the next several days with winds
further increasing. It is becoming increasingly likely that we
will see a brief period of breezy conditions Wednesday night
through early Friday.
