Weather conditions will remain generally unimpressive with slight
rain chances, around 20%, through tomorrow. WHile there is some
drier air aloft, the air mass in the lower levels is still fairly
damp. This could help a few light, shallow showers to pass across
any part of the island chain, but chances for wetting rainfalls
(rainfall amounts greater than a tenth of an inch) are poor. Near
surface and surface winds will be light to gentle out of the
northeast, occasionally becoming east, but transport winds will be
a little bit stronger reaching up to near 20 mph later tonight.
Low level moisture across the area will help to keep minimum RH
values around 75% and recovery overnight will be healthy at around
95%.
