.Discussion...
After a recent extended period of elevated rain and thunder
coverage, the Florida Keys will experience a general drying trend
over the next several days. Transport winds out of the east to
southeast will freshen beginning today, peaking late tonight and
Friday. Combined with a well- mixed boundary layer, dispersion
indices will be high, especially during the favored daytime
hours. However, with minimum relative humidity values expected to
remain well above 60%, along with the rainfall over the past
several days, fire risk will remain low through the weekend.
