A moist air mass remains in place, and will be partly responsible
for very high shower chances and a chance for thunderstorms.
At least a quarter of an inch of rain fall has already fallen
along the entire island chain and additional 1 to 3 inches in
spots are possible. Winds will start out light to gentle out of
the east, and will likely strengthen to a gentle to moderate
breezes. Relative humidity values will remain well above 50%.
