western Caribbean today, resulting in well above normal
rain/thunder chances. This will also help to keep afternoon min RH
values in the 70 percentile. East to southeast winds have
returned across the region and will steadily increase through the
afternoon. Expect breezy conditions to develop and continue
through Thursday night.
