            A member of the public relayed a report of a
            waterspout, via social media, bayside of
            Cudjoe Key. The condensation cloud was of an
            elephant trunk nature in size, tilted about
            45 degrees to the west, and extended roughly
            halfway from the cloud base to the horizon.
            A spray ring was not visible. Movement was a
            slow drift eastward. Duration was at least 6
            minutes.
