            Preliminary highly-localized damage to one
            residence in the Silver Shores community
            between Tavernier and Rock Harbor
            investigated by Emergency Manager. Time is
            approximate. A large enclosed porch was
            destroyed with a section of porch roof
            deposited in a tree approximately 500 feet
            to the west southwest. A landfalling
            waterspout was observed by the public and
            the event is being reviewed for refinements
            in timing and intensity.
