            Corrects previous waterspout report from 4
            SW Key West to include more details. A
            member of the public and off-duty NWS
            employee reported a waterspout about 4 miles
            southwest of Key West. The waterspout was of
            medium width, tilted approximately 30
            degrees, and with the condensation cloud
            extending fully from the cloud base to the
            surface. A spray ring was also present.
            Movement was very slow to the
            south-southeast. Duration was approximately
            5-6 minutes.
