            A waterspout was observed via webcam and
            reported by a member of the public in the
            area of Bahia Honda Key. The waterspout
            formed around 1217 PM EDT and lasted for at
            least 10 minutes, appearing to dissipate as
            it left the webcam field of view. The
            condensation funnel was fairly thin and
            slightly tilted below the cloud base, and
            extended almost to the surface. A spray ring
            was clearly visible in the webcam footage.
