            At 3:18 PM EDT, a member of the public
            submitted a photo of a waterspout occurring
            just off of the coast of Marathon on the bay
            side. A trained spotter also called in the
            same waterspout, but they also informed us
            that they could see the spray ring at the
            surface as they were out on the water
            fishing.
