            A waterspout was reported 5 SE of Big
            Coppitt Key in Hawk Channel. The Monroe
            County Emergency Manager observed a mature,
            tilted waterspout oceanside of Sugarloaf Key
            at 750 am EDT. Due to the distance from
            land, there was no observed spray ring.
