            A member of the public in the Florida Keys
            heading northbound on US 1 observed a
            waterspout to the north of MM91 around 101
            pm. The life span was approximately 15
            minutes from 1255-110 pm. The waterspout was
            relatively thin, and no spray ring was able
            to be observed due to trees and landscape
            obscuring the base.
