Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to Craig Key 20 to 60 nm out...
At 357 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a
strong line of thunderstorms, capable of producing wind gusts near
30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending
from 5 nm southwest of Marathon Humps to 30 nm southwest of Elbow
Cay, moving east at 20 knots.

Marathon Humps.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
