Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and
beyond 5 fathoms...
Gulf of America from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal
out to 5 fathoms...
Hawk Channel from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal out
to the reef...
At 216 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of
producing wind gusts near 30 knots. This shower was located near
Pelican Shoal, moving northwest at 20 knots.
Locations that will be affected include...
Stock Island, Northwest Channel Buoy 1, Snipe Point, and Ninefoot
Shoal.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare for showers with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally rough and
confused seas, and potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe
port as quickly, and as safely as possible. When downpours reduce
visibility, slow down.
