...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR EAGLE WRECK...

Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to Craig Key out
60 nm...

At 649 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a
strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This thunderstorm was located near Eagle Wreck, moving east at 15
knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Hens & Chickens Light, Eagle Wreck, Islamorada Hump, and Davis Reef
Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
