SOUTHEAST OF THE UPPER KEYS...

Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to Craig Key out 60 nm...

At 401 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a
strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This thunderstorm was located 11 nm east of Floyd`s Wall Northeast,
moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Floyd`s Wall Northeast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
