and beyond 5 fathoms-
Gulf of Mexico including Dry Tortugas and Rebecca Shoal Channel-

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.

* WHERE...Gulf waters beyond 5 fathoms including the Dry
  Tortugas.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...A Dense Fog Advisory means that visibilities will be
  reduced to one nautical mile or less. Low visibility will make
  navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced boaters should avoid operating in these conditions.
If you must operate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar, GPS and compass. Assign a mate to take watch away
from engine noise to allow for reception of fog signals.
