Through 1130 am, scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms will continue to track generally westward at near 10 knots across the Florida Keys and the adjacent nearshore and offshore marine zones. Any island location may be affected and can expect up to a quick quarter to one half inch of rainfall, especially in the Lower Keys. In the marine zones, the stronger activity will produce wind gusts near 20 knots, heavy downpours reducing visibility, and a few lightning strikes. $$
