Through 1100 pm, a cluster of showers and possibly an embedded thunderstorm, will track westward at around 10 knots, into the deep gulf waters west of mainland Monroe. This activity will produce wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, blinding downpours, and possibly a few lightning strikes. $$
