Through 7 am, scattered showers with the potential for an isolated
thunderstorm will continue to track west to northwest at near 10
knots across the Florida Keys and the adjacent nearshore and offshore
marine zones. Any island location may be affected, and can expect up
to a quick quarter to one half of an inch of rain.The stronger
activity will produce wind gusts near 20 knots, heavy downpours
reducing visibility for mariners, and a rare lightning strike.
