Through 9 am, light to moderate showers will move northwest at 5 to
10 knots through the local waters on both sides of the island chain.
This activity is capable of light to moderate downpours reducing
visbilities and wind gusts of near 20 knots. A rare, occasional
lightning strike is unlikely, but cannot be ruled out.
