Through 1 AM, widely scattered showers with an isolated embedded thunderstorm will move northwest at 10 to 15 knots across the nearshore and offshore waters surrounding the Lower Keys and the Dry Tortugas Ecological Reserve, and the Lower Keys. This activity is capable of stray cloud to surface lightning strike, reduced visibility in heavy downpours, and wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots. Island communities in the Lower Keys may observe a hundredth to a tenth of an inch of rainfall. $$
