.NOW...
Through 230 pm, scattered showers and a few embedded thunderstorms
will track northwest to north at 5 to 10 knots across the coastal
waters surrounding the Florida Keys, occasionally crossing the Island
Chain. The stronger cells will produce erratic wind gusts of 25 to
30 knots, blinding downpours, and occasional lightning strikes. In
addition, island communities across portions of the Island Chain may
receive a quarter to a half inch of rainfall.
