Through 10 pm, an outflow boundary will continue to move southward
at near 15 knots across the easternmost Straits of Florida waters.
Mariners should expect a sudden wind shift from the north with gusts
to near 25 knots. In addition, convection behind the outflow boundary
will continue to also produce wind gusts of near 25 knots, bouts of
lightning, and blinding downpours.

Through 10 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms will wax and wane
as they move across the outer and nearshore Gulf waters, as well as the
Lower Keys. This activity is moving east at generally 5 to 10 knots.
Mariners encountering the stronger activity can expect brief
blinding downpours, bouts of lightning, and wind gusts to near 25
knots.
