Mariners encountering the strongest activity may experience gusty and erratic winds of 25 to 30 knots, reduced visibility from heavy downpours, and occasional lightning strikes. Island communities in the Florida Keys may observe additional rainfall amounts of a tenth to a quarter of an inch. $$
