Through 200 pm, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
associated with an early season cold frontal passage will continue to
develop and decay as they move generally to the northeast at near 10
knots across the coastal waters west of the Lower Keys. Mariners
encountering the stronger activity, mainly along a line extending
from Cosgrove Shoal Light northeastward to Smith Shoal Light, can
expect heavy downpours reducing visibilities, wind gusts of 20 to 25
knots, and a few lightning strikes.
