Through 700 am, scattered showers will track west northwestward at
15 to 20 mph, across the near through offshore waters surrounding
the island chain. This activity will produce wind gusts of 20 to 25
mph, poor visibility in heavy rain, and possibly a rare lightning
strike. Any island location may be briefly affected by some of these
passing showers. Rainfall amounts will generally be a tenth to a
quarter of an inch.
