Through midnight, isolated showers and possible thunderstorms will move eastward at 15 mph across the near through offshore waters surrounding the Florida Keys. The stronger activity will produce localized wind gusts near 25 mph, blinding downpours, and possibly a few lightning strikes. Island locations from the Torches to Big Pine Key, as well as, near Key Largo may be affected by some of this activity. A quick one quarter to three quarters of an inch of rain will be possible. $$
