Through 600 pm, isolated showers will wax and wane as they track
northwest across the Hawk Channel, over the Florida Keys, and into
the Gulfside waters. Mariners encountering the stronger activity can
expect wind gusts near 25 knots and brief heavy downpours reducing
visibility. A few island communities between Islamorada and Key Largo
can expect an additional quick tenth an inch at rainfall.
