Through 7 pm, scattered showers, with possibly an embedded thunderstorm, will move broadly westward at 10 to 15 knots, and be concentrated over the surrounding near through offshore waters from the Lower Keys to past the Dry Tortugas. Other activity will also be located over the distant straits off of the Middle and Upper Keys. The stronger activity will produce wind gusts near 25 knots, blinding downpours, and possibly a few lightning strikes. $$
