  out...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 600 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 29 nm southeast of
  Wood`s Wall East Crack. The strong thunderstorm was nearly
  stationary.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
