Tortugas out 60 nm...
* Until 715 PM EDT.
* At 627 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 18 nm south of
Tortugas Ecological Reserve South, moving east at 25 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
