...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the
  following county, Boyd.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding along Ponca Creek, and other low-lying and
  flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue
  to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1006 PM CDT, Emergency management reported ongoing
    flooding along Ponca Creek.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Spencer, Lynch, Bristow, Anoka and Monowi.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
