...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected
  especially in poor drainage areas.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the city of
  North Platte.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Expect minor flooding in poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1013 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    have fallen. An additional inch of rain is possible in North
    Platte.
