.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns are expected to remain low over the next
week across western and north central Nebraska. A cooling trend in
temperatures is expected into next week, with temperatures
returning to the 50s nearly each day. This will keep humidity
elevated well above criteria each afternoon. That said, gusty
west-northwest winds are possible Monday afternoon and evening,
with gusts in excess of 30 miles per hour possible across western
Nebraska.

Wetting moisture is possible Monday across northern Nebraska and
again on Thursday into Friday across much of the area. At this
time, confidence in amounts remains low.
